B. When is data collected?

Data is collected:

  • When a product is purchased or a free resource is downloaded

  • When subscribing to a newsletter

  • When browsing the site (via cookies and trackers)

ARTICLE 3A – DATA COLLECTED VIA FORMS

When a product is purchased through the site, the following data is collected:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Full postal address

  • Customer type: individual or business

This data is used to:

  • Create a user account to access digital products;

  • Generate invoices and receipts;

  • Provide customer service and support;

  • Send follow-up emails and promotional offers;

  • Conduct marketing and audience analysis (profiling, retargeting).

Phone numbers are not currently used for SMS or marketing communication, but Upside Strength SAS reserves the right to do so in the future in compliance with applicable laws.

All data is securely stored within the Systeme.io platform.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA RETENTION

  • Billing and payment data: 10 years (legal requirement)

  • User account data: 3 years after inactivity

  • Marketing and contact data: 3 years from last interaction

  • Analytics cookies: up to 13 months

ARTICLE 5 – DATA RECIPIENTS

Data may be accessed by:

  • Upside Strength SAS

  • Systeme.io (course platform and email)

  • Stripe & PayPal (payment processing)

  • Google Analytics (audience tracking)

  • Meta Pixel (advertising/retargeting)

No data is transferred outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.
