MASTERMIND CONTENT
12 WEEKS OF TRAINING TO FINALLY MASTER ENDURANCE PROGRAMMING AND BRING REAL RESULTS TO YOUR CLIENTS, PATIENTS, & ATHLETES.

WEEK 1: ENDURANCE PHYSIOLOGY
In this first week of the Mastermind, we'll lay the foundations for you to understand how pathways really work and how you can apply them to endurance training. This chapter will form the theoretical basis for the rest of the course.
You'll learn why the intensity spectrum serves as the foundation for endurance programming, and how the relationship between duration and intensity of effort works. We'll also look at how blood lactate and oxygen consumption react.

Antoine B,
CrossFit®️ Coach & Owner
"Having had no prior BPJEPS-type training in physiology, it was important for me to review the basics so that I could continue to better understand how the human body works. This chapter has enabled me to bring more scientific knowledge to my members."

Antoine M,
Physiotherapist & Osteopath
"This chapter allowed me to split up the endurance spectrum. Not to tell myself that endurance is only a matter of long-distance sport, but rather a set of physiological adaptations to cope with physical activity, whatever its nature and intensity".
Before learning how to use training methods, you need to master the fundamental principles of physical preparation. In this second week, you'll also learn about physiological adaptations to endurance training.
You'll also learn the importance of knowing your athlete's individual profile and how to determine it easily. In this way, you'll be able to tailor your training to your athlete's needs and achieve the best possible results.

Bastien D,
Physiotherapist
"This chapter really drives home the point about endurance physio, and for the life of me, I didn't know about adaptations. I was able to implement it directly in the practice to improve patient recovery."

Maeva P,
CrossFit®️ Coach
"Same as the previous chapter, this chapter allowed me to review principles that I had already seen before but which were not integrated in the same way. Your way of explaining made a much greater impact on me."

Learn to accurately analyze the demands of a sport and understand the different performance factors involved. With this knowledge, you'll be able to manage and train all types of sports, from endurance and power sports to team and hybrid sports.
Master all training methods (cycling, running, rowing, etc...) to choose exactly what your athlete needs to reach his or her goals or complete your physical preparation.

Amandine B,
Physiotherapist
“It helped me better understand the specifics of the sports and better dissociate PPG from PPS.”

Romain V,
Sport Coach
“With this chapter, I can now determine an athlete's endurance needs, classify activities and their enduranc needs and choose the right modality.”
Discover a simple evaluation system you can use with all your athletes to individualize their training, quantify their progress and determine their respective needs.
Thanks to this 4th chapter, you'll be able to apply this test to any modality (cycling, running, rowing, etc.) and offer a professional evaluation report in just a few clicks.

Grégory C,
Fitness Trainer
"It helped me a lot and saved me a lot of time later on. It's great to have the protocol on a file ready to work on."

Julien W,
Physiotherapist
“This chapter helped me get to know the protocol 41 user manual so I could have a solid basis for evaluation!”

The first 4 chapters form the basis for a confident approach to planning. Even if you have no previous knowledge of training persiodization, this chapter will give you all the keys to success.
You'll learn how to choose the right training cycles, and how long they should last, depending on your athletes' objectives. Macrocycles, PPG and polarized training will no longer hold any secrets for you!

Charlotte A,
Sport Coach
"Very interesting. I'm already planning and it allowed me to validate what I've learned but also to have an outside eye to know if what I'm doing is good or not in terms of organization."

Joebel A,
Sport Coach
“Going further than what I was able to see in BPJEPS and above all being able to better link areas of intensity to periods/why and how, distribution models which immediately makes more sense!”
How do you combine endurance with strength and sports training in one week? You'll learn how to divide up training sessions optimally according to your athlete's profile and competition schedule.
You'll also learn how to choose the right number of low-, medium- and high-intensity sessions to suit your context and, above all, how to avoid overexertion with an individualized and balanced distribution.

Fabien P,
Sport Coach
“The way it was brought up made it possible to quickly make the links with chapter 5 so assimilate everything well.”

Anthony M,
Sport Coach
“I learned that Zone 2 was really very important and was part of every cycle within periodization.”

Now that you've mastered planning in its entirety, we'll move on to training zones so that you can target the right physiological adaptations and get the best possible results from each session.
You'll understand how to define the different training zones and how to plan them progressively for each sport, each athlete and at any time of the season.

Romain S,
Sport Coach
“All the info you need to build your sessions!!!”

Maeva P,
Coach de CrossFitⓇ
"Same as previous chapters. As these are new concepts for me; absolutely everything helped. Both on reflection and realization via the consolidation exercises."
Learn how to use other evaluation methods such as critical power/speed and what tools you can add to your arsenal to be even more precise in your coaching work.
Learn how to evaluate your athlete using training data and measure his or her progress over time. Become comfortable with testing & monitoring your athletes.

Joebel A,
Sport Coach
“Having been trained through Category 2 assessments, this chapter allowed me to tie in all the information learned from the first 8 chapters and observe the benefits and limitations of these assessments.”

Fabien P,
Sport Coach
“To better understand all the tests and above all to better understand the results and therefore to know what to do afterwards and for what types of effort to use these results...”

What are the effects of altitude training or heat acclimatization? How can I manage my training load to maximize competition results?
In this chapter, you'll learn additional concepts to complement what you've already learned about planning. You'll also learn how to combine different types of training and how to program more precisely according to your athlete's profile.

Amandine B,
Physiotherapist
"This chapter enabled me to learn more about the work zones according to profile type (powerful or enduring), the cadences to use on the ergos according to target zone (very useful for guiding in plannif) and to learn more about de-training. I really appreciated you sharing examples of CF and Sail planning."

Antoine B,
CrossFit®️ Coach & Owner
"Being able to better understand how to approach planning for different athletes is very interesting. Inevitably, because of my specialization in CrossFit. Seeing how you plan endurance for Claudia was super informative for me and my understanding of general programming."
Training the respiratory muscles is an often neglected part of sports preparation. In this chapter, you'll find out why respiratory training is so effective and what progress you can expect to make.
You'll learn which tools you can use and how to include respiratory training in your overall planning to provide the best possible service to your coachees.
Tu apprendras quels outils tu peux utiliser et comment inclure l'entraînement respiratoire dans ta planification globale afin d'apporter le meilleur service possible à tes coachés.

Bastien D,
Physiotherapist
"I didn't know a lot about it, and I've come to realize that, but it's really made me want to push respi a bit further. Probably in 2025 ;)."

Maxime R,
Sport Coach
“On the importance of respiratory training and the benefits we can bring to clients/athletes by putting some routine exos in place.”

Learn how to structure your endurance coaching and programming offers. This chapter enables you to link the knowledge and skills developed during the Mastermind to your professional coaching practice.
Discover simple strategies for acquiring your first Endurance clients and improving your coaching results. Understand how to carry out a complete coaching session, either face-to-face or remotely.

Anthony M,
Sport Coach
“It helped me understand some of the keys to getting visu and being able to find my first customers.”

David C,
Fitness trainer
“This chapter helped me structure an offer and have digital marketing tools.”
This last chapter is the perfect opportunity to review the important concepts of Mastermind and how to apply them in practice.
We'll also see how to create hybrid sessions, how to optimize planning for hill sports (trail, SkiMo, etc.) and finally how to program in a concrete way with the file provided.

David C,
Fitness trainer
“Excellent summary to recall concepts seen in the first chapters and super interesting that you do live proggrammations.”

Amandine B,
Physiotherapist
"This chapter provided some interesting reminders. I found it interesting that you explained hybrid sessions and how to set them up as well as progressions on the ski and rower."
