STUDENT TESTIMONIALS

"I chose to take this MASTERMIND because after several years of not being interested in the conditioning part of CrossFit, I felt after your seminar that it was important for me to know more about these different notions. I was lucky enough to be able to test your programs before the MME, which gave me a good basis for understanding endurance training.

I'm very happy to have done this training, which is certainly the most comprehensive training I've done in recent years. I feel much better equipped to program endurance training for athletes.

I have much less imposter syndrome. I have a much better understanding of planning concepts and would recommend this training to all coaches."

ANTOINE'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"I embarked on this training because programming is an area that interests me greatly. I felt limited in supporting my patients and finally I got a taste for performance development.

The training course gave me a maximum foundation to be able to develop this activity and launch myself without too many uncertainties. I appreciated having online courses that you can take when you can/want to and then having a live recap and explanation on Sunday evening.

The follow-up with you was really good: answers to questions, corrections to exercises, then listening to the feedback we gave. I'd recommend this course to all those who love endurance sports programming and those who want to go further."

BASTIEN'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"I'm very happy to have taken this training course; firstly for my personal culture and knowledge, then to be able to put it into practice, firstly on myself and then on my athletes and customers; this training course is complete and accessible to all, because the subjects covered are done so clearly; whether it's the educational videos, the Sunday video calls, the supplementary resources, the consolidation exercises that I find super relevant for good retention; everything is of very high quality!

I'd recommend this course to anyone interested in endurance and endurance training; I now have the weapons to be able to train planning and endurance in a simple way, because as I like to say: training is SIMPLE!!!!! "

DAVID'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"I decided to take this course to complete my knowledge of endurance racing.

Sean is professional and available for our questions. The homework, theory and weekly calls during the 12 weeks were well done.

Bonus for the presentation: the slides are top notch. This course opens up your horizons and motivates you to continue training: Lactate, Respiratory training, etc. There are examples of planning and programming that can be used directly by our athletes"

LUC'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

MASTERMIND CONTENT

12 WEEKS OF TRAINING TO FINALLY MASTER ENDURANCE PROGRAMMING AND BRING REAL RESULTS TO YOUR CLIENTS, PATIENTS, & ATHLETES.

WEEK 1: ENDURANCE PHYSIOLOGY

In this first week of the Mastermind, we'll lay the foundations for you to understand how pathways really work and how you can apply them to endurance training. This chapter will form the theoretical basis for the rest of the course.

You'll learn why the intensity spectrum serves as the foundation for endurance programming, and how the relationship between duration and intensity of effort works. We'll also look at how blood lactate and oxygen consumption react.

WEEK 1: FEEDBACK

Antoine B.

CrossFit®️ Coach & Owner

"Having had no prior BPJEPS-type training in physiology, it was important for me to review the basics so that I could continue to better understand how the human body works. This chapter has enabled me to bring more scientific knowledge to my members."

Antoine M.

Physiotherapist & Osteopath

"This chapter allowed me to split up the endurance spectrum. Not to tell myself that endurance is only a matter of long-distance sport, but rather a set of physiological adaptations to cope with physical activity, whatever its nature and intensity".

WEEK 2: PRINCIPLES, ADAPTATIONS & INDIVIDUAL PROFILING

Before learning how to use training methods, you need to master the fundamental principles of physical preparation. In this second week, you'll also learn about physiological adaptations to endurance training.

You'll also learn the importance of knowing your athlete's individual profile and how to determine it easily. In this way, you'll be able to tailor your training to your athlete's needs and achieve the best possible results.

WEEK 2: FEEDBACK

Bastien D.

Physiotherapist

"This chapter really drives home the point about endurance physio, and for the life of me, I didn't know about adaptations. I was able to implement it directly in the practice to improve patient recovery."

Maeva P.

CrossFit®️ Coach

"Same as the previous chapter, this chapter allowed me to review principles that I had already seen before but which were not integrated in the same way. Your way of explaining made a much greater impact on me."

WEEK 3: SPORTS ANALYSIS & TRAINING MODALITIES

Learn to accurately analyze the demands of a sport and understand the different performance factors involved. With this knowledge, you'll be able to manage and train all types of sports, from endurance and power sports to team and hybrid sports.

Master all training methods (cycling, running, rowing, etc...) to choose exactly what your athlete needs to reach his or her goals or complete your physical preparation.

WEEK 3: FEEDBACK

Amandine B.

Physiotherapist

“It helped me better understand the specifics of the sports and better dissociate PPG from PPS.”

Romain V.

Sport Coach

“With this chapter, I can now determine an athlete's endurance needs, classify activities and their enduranc needs and choose the right modality.”

WEEK 4: ENDURANCE EVALUATION (PROTOCOL 41)

Discover a simple evaluation system you can use with all your athletes to individualize their training, quantify their progress and determine their respective needs.

Thanks to this 4th chapter, you'll be able to apply this test to any modality (cycling, running, rowing, etc.) and offer a professional evaluation report in just a few clicks.

WEEK 4: FEEDBACK

Grégory C.

Fitness Trainer

"It helped me a lot and saved me a lot of time later on. It's great to have the protocol on a file ready to work on."

Julien W.

Physiotherapist

“This chapter helped me get to know the protocol 41 user manual so I could have a solid basis for evaluation!”

WEEK 5: PLANNING: CYCLES & PERIODIZATION

The first 4 chapters form the basis for a confident approach to planning. Even if you have no previous knowledge of training persiodization, this chapter will give you all the keys to success.

You'll learn how to choose the right training cycles, and how long they should last, depending on your athletes' objectives. Macrocycles, PPG and polarized training will no longer hold any secrets for you!

WEEK 5: FEEDBACK

Charlotte A.

Sport Coach

"Very interesting. I'm already planning and it allowed me to validate what I've learned but also to have an outside eye to know if what I'm doing is good or not in terms of organization."

Joebel A.

Sport Coach

“Going further than what I was able to see in BPJEPS and above all being able to better link areas of intensity to periods/why and how, distribution models which immediately makes more sense!”

WEEK 6: PLANNING: THE TRAINING WEEK

How do you combine endurance with strength and sports training in one week? You'll learn how to divide up training sessions optimally according to your athlete's profile and competition schedule.

You'll also learn how to choose the right number of low-, medium- and high-intensity sessions to suit your context and, above all, how to avoid overexertion with an individualized and balanced distribution.

WEEK 6: FEEDBACK

Fabien P.

Sport Coach

“The way it was brought up made it possible to quickly make the links with chapter 5 so assimilate everything well.”

Anthony M.

Sport Coach

“I learned that Zone 2 was really very important and was part of every cycle within periodization.”

WEEK 7: PLANNING: TRAINING ZONES

Now that you've mastered planning in its entirety, we'll move on to training zones so that you can target the right physiological adaptations and get the best possible results from each session.

You'll understand how to define the different training zones and how to plan them progressively for each sport, each athlete and at any time of the season.

WEEK 7: FEEDBACK

Romain S.

Sport Coach

“All the info you need to build your sessions!!!”

Maeva P.

CrossFit®️ Coach

"Same as previous chapters. As these are new concepts for me; absolutely everything helped. Both on reflection and realization via the consolidation exercises."

WEEK 8: EVALUATION 2 & TRAINING MONITORING

Learn how to use other evaluation methods such as critical power/speed and what tools you can add to your arsenal to be even more precise in your coaching work.

Learn how to evaluate your athlete using training data and measure his or her progress over time. Become comfortable with testing & monitoring your athletes.

WEEK 8: FEEDBACK

Joebel A.

Sport Coach

“Having been trained through Category 2 assessments, this chapter allowed me to tie in all the information learned from the first 8 chapters and observe the benefits and limitations of these assessments.”

Fabien P.

Sport Coach

“To better understand all the tests and above all to better understand the results and therefore to know what to do afterwards and for what types of effort to use these results...”

WEEK 9: PLANNING: ADDITIONAL CONCEPTS

What are the effects of altitude training or heat acclimatization? How can I manage my training load to maximize competition results?

In this chapter, you'll learn additional concepts to complement what you've already learned about planning. You'll also learn how to combine different types of training and how to program more precisely according to your athlete's profile.

WEEK 9: FEEDBACK

Amandine B.

Physiotherapist

"This chapter enabled me to learn more about the work zones according to profile type (powerful or enduring), the cadences to use on the ergos according to target zone (very useful for guiding in plannif) and to learn more about de-training. I really appreciated you sharing examples of CF and Sail planning."

Antoine B.

CrossFit®️ Coach & Owner

"Being able to better understand how to approach planning for different athletes is very interesting. Inevitably, because of my specialization in CrossFit. Seeing how you plan endurance for Claudia was super informative for me and my understanding of general programming."

WEEK 10: RESPIRATORY TRAINING

Training the respiratory muscles is an often neglected part of sports preparation. In this chapter, you'll find out why respiratory training is so effective and what progress you can expect to make.

You'll learn which tools you can use and how to include respiratory training in your overall planning to provide the best possible service to your coachees.

WEEK 10: FEEDBACK

Bastien D.

Physiotherapist

"I didn't know a lot about it, and I've come to realize that, but it's really made me want to push respi a bit further. Probably in 2025 ;)."

Maxime R.

Sport Coach

“On the importance of respiratory training and the benefits we can bring to clients/athletes by putting some routine exos in place.”

SEE WHAT THE OTHER ENDURANCE MASTERMIND PARTICIPANTS HAD TO SAY

"In the first instance, I force myself to train 2/3 times a year, You have to stand out from the crowd.

Extremely happy, you need time and organization, training is a real weight during those 12 weeks, it changed everything :).

I don't know anyone in my entourage (maybe one or two), but otherwise today's coaches are terribly mediocre and spend their lives giving real courses with no substance and aggressive."

ALEXANDRE'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"I decided to do this training course to deepen my knowledge of endurance planning for my crossfit athletes, trailers, runners and my patients injured or not returning to their sport.

I'm very satisfied with it, coming away with solid knowledge and a super-efficient planning system. The course is a good mix of theory and practice. It's really complete.

It has enabled me to be more confident in what I propose to my athletes and patients, and to better understand when, how and why to use certain workouts more than others. I recommend this course to all coaches and physiotherapists who wish to better understand and use endurance in their practice."

AMANDINE'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"I decided to take this course because I'd already done the breathing course and I wanted to add to my knowledge and coaching in specific muscle strengthening for running and endurance sports, so that I'd be ultra-complete when it came to taking care of endurance clients.

This training course is just like Sean's, a fascinating course given by a passionate trainer who is enthralling in his explanations. I learned an enormous amount easily, as Sean's slides and explanations were really simple and clear. This course has taught me EVERYTHING, whether it's my understanding or my endurance skills, which are really specific and can't be assimilated to basic sports coach training. I'd recommend this course to EVERYONE who wants to learn about endurance, coach clients on endurance in any sport, but also to any coach who wants to discover the passion of passing on their knowledge."

ANTHONY'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"I wanted to take part in this training because I wasn't at all comfortable with the concept of endurance, I didn't practice any myself. I'm delighted to have done the MME because it gives you all the knowledge you need to feel armed/solid for endurance programming. It's a long and short course at the same time, the knowledge is up to date, the studies are quite good quality and the weekly meetings to debrief and work together are useful, caring and enable better learning.

The course taught me everything I know about endurance, it's a complete course that covers the basics, it sheds light on the world of endurance and opens doors in both amateur and top-level sport!

I recommend this course to my fellow physiotherapists and to all coaches, whatever their chosen sport!"

ANTOINE'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"I decided to take this course to learn more about endurance, to be able to train differently and to have another approach.

I'm more than satisfied with this mastermind! Very instructive, good teaching methods, the formats are great!

I'd recommend this course to all coaches who want to learn more and to those who want to start coaching endurance sports."

CHARLOTTE'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"I also did this training course because it's because of what you share, transcribing your way of seeing things and working which corresponds completely to my state of mind and I wanted to have your knowledge to offer the best and be better so that I can be fulfilled in what I do and give 100/100.

I'm very happy to have done this training I've

learned so much the courses were clear your constructive feedback I hope to manage to put everything into practice in the days less future year (we will review all the videos to fortify all this again)

I manage to simply think less and look too complicated to have the perfect program (even if I still have a little trouble at times especially on certain phase of programming) but I manage to assimilate things better and especially better understand what I do and be sure of what I propose, to people close to me who are really into the sport, people I can work with."

FABIEN'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"I chose to take this training to complete my knowledge of endurance and especially planning. Very happy to have taken this training.

The training is very well structured. This training allowed me to structure my individual coaching follow-up."

GREGORY'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"To develop and perfect my cardio knowledge and learn how to set up a training program for any goal!

Yes, I'm extremely happy with it! It's pragmatic and sufficiently theoretical and scientific at the same time! It has taught me to really structure my knowledge of endurance planning, and to think in a concrete and adapted way to be able to design an endurance training plan! To all those who would like to learn and understand endurance planning!!!"

JEAN-DO'S RATING: 8/10 ⭐

"12 very enriching weeks on endurance planning, a mastermind built like a Swiss watch: beautiful, precise, solid! Sean in the role of master, ultra available, who made the principles of endurance simple to understand and opposite a group of minds, united to learn and help each other!

This course has given me a solid grounding in endurance planning and the construction of a training plan, taking into account all the factors that can influence an athlete's progress! A great refresher on all the concepts involved in endurance training, I recommend this mastermind to all those who want to coach and train to perform like Norwegians!"

JULIEN'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"I wanted to continue my training because my BPJEPS diploma didn't seem to go far enough in terms of physical preparation. As a result, I had no desire to coach something I hadn't mastered at all just because I was a qualified coach. So I'm absolutely delighted to have taken this decision, because even if Rome wasn't built in 1 day, I was nonetheless able to integrate a few notions and feel a little less lost when it came to the notion of endurance. The follow-up is simple, the explanations are clear and you've been absolutely brilliant with the time you've given us. From answering emails to staying late for the Sunday evening zoom.

I think it was a real game changer for us in the sense that you left absolutely no room for doubt and took the time to answer all our questions. I recommend the course 1000%"

MAEVA'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"To better categorize my tangled knowledge so as to better mix it to produce less basic prog that any coach coming out of training can produce.

A desire to adapt to profile and practice."

MARION'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"1) To develop my knowledge and learn to

plannifer endurance

2) Very happy

3) Complete, fun and a real follow-up

4) I now know where to start and where to go 5) For anyone who would like to learn how to plan endurance."

MAXIME'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"In order to better program (and understand) endurance for the athletes I follow in CF (myself included). I'm very happy to have taken this training because I love everything Sean proposes and I now have the tools to do what I've always wanted to do in endurance planning

in my progs.

Very clear, complete and structured. Well explained by Sean at all levels. Many more answers like; “how does it work?”, “why

we do it this way?”, “how do we do it?” etc.

For all coaches/athletes involved in any way with endurance."

ROMAIN'S RATING: 10/10 ⭐

"1: Because you seemed to me to be sharp in your endurance knowledge, authentic, simple, that's pretty rare these

days. 2: Very happy!

3: Very complete, in detail but effective, essential, enough info to be able to coach in the endurance environment.

4: By understanding physiology, intensity spectrums and their target training......

5: For all endurance sport enthusiasts, sports physio, training, coaching."

ROMAIN'S RATING: 9/10 ⭐

"I took Sean's course because I'd been left behind by the evolution of science in recent years. I'm delighted

to have immersed myself in it again and to retain this taste for knowledge.

A course that combines knowledge with the concomitant implementation of theory through practice."
