Hi, I'm SEAN!

I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years, starting my career in Vancouver ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Before returning to Europe to work with the Swiss National Rugby Academy ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‰

In 2019, I became interested in endurance and its place in sport.

Since then, I have spent hundreds of hours interviewing experts on the subject, reading books on physiology, reading studies, and putting all these ideas into practice.

That's how I became specialized in endurance training ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Today, I mainly help CrossFit, combat sports, and endurance athletes (cycling, running, triathlon, etc.) boost their performance through conditioning work and physiological profiling.

I also help sports professionals understand and apply endurance training to improve the performance of their athletes/clients/patients.
